A private person, who owns a timesharing interest (interval / module / week)(s) within a timesharing scheme(s), making use of Uni-Point to transact in respect of said rights or interests, for personal use.

A private person, who owns timeshare points redeemable for accommodations, resort locations, amenities and period of time within a timesharing scheme(s), making use of Uni-Point to transact in respect of said rights or interests, for personal use.

A person or company whose business is the creation (the actual construction and original ownership of the accommodations) or the selling of timesharing interests in his own property timesharing scheme (including an agent of such person) who wishes to utilize Uni-Point for the banking of weeks for Y-Factor credits or for the purpose of placing weeks on Uni-Point for rental purposes.

Types of timesharing usually involving use or access to more than one resort location via a “points” system and other vacation services, where points / units / trading power are / is allocated according to the stock registered or held by the scheme and the comparable value or allocation held by the participants to (members of) the scheme.
